Deb Lehmann, LCPC

My name is Deb Lehmann and I grew up in the Wauconda/Island Lake area. I obtained my Master of Counseling Psychology degree from Southern California Seminary and have 20 years of experience working with children as young as 12 years old to adults 50+ with a myriad of life struggles and issues. I utilize somatic interventions, Internal Family Systems and EMDR to support my clients toward the path of healing. I have two dogs, Stan and Maisie, are also co-therapists in every session.
Karina Sabala, MA, CADC, LPC
Karina Sabala comes to us with more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field as a substance abuse counselor. She is originally from Belize and is fluent in Spanish. She specializes in grief as well as depression, anxiety, mood disorders and ADHD. We are very excited to have her join our team!
