Deb Lehmann, LCPC

My name is Deb Lehmann and I grew up in the Wauconda/Island Lake area. I obtained my Master of Counseling Psychology degree from Southern California Seminary and have experience working with children as young as 12 years old to adults 50+ with a myriad of life struggles and issues. I started Hope Counseling as an avenue to fulfill my dream of helping others heal and fulfill their dreams.

Karina Sabala, MA, CADC, LPC

Karina Sabala comes to us with more than 13 years of experience in the mental health field as a substance abuse counselor. She is originally from Belize and is fluent in Spanish. She specializes in grief as well as depression, anxiety, mood disorders and ADHD. We are very excited to have her join our team!
